No, this is not in the army against PumaHTF...(I don't really agree with this stamp anymore, though I still agree with making a sexy character WITHOUT exaggerating the sexiness. I plan in making "sexy" OCs/FCs myself, but they will have some personality.)
It's okay to make some "sexy" HTF character (As long as the sexiness isn't exaggerated), or draw it in another style.
But when you have a mary sue shipped with many male characters of HTF, with boobs bigger than Earth, curves that make the smallest waist in the world and hips larger than the universe, with a completely bland personality, then...

I still remember some of the girls, who were the anti-sexyHTF followers. After following all the stuff they started saying: All girls, who are wearing the skirts, are bitches or all girls, who are not flat, are bitches too. Also they were overusing the words such as "bitch", for example: if some girl acted bad, she was called a bitch or if someone made an alternate account or was accepting other big females, was called a bitch too. Gee. Those were the ones of the most insane "sane HTF artists" I had ever known. They come from the same country I live in.
